Hoosiers Fall to #14 Illinois in Big Ten Tourney Semifinals

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Hoosiers’ run in the Big Ten Tournament came to an end on Saturday, as the #14 Illinois team proved too much for IU. The Illini won 5-0 to advance to the final. The Hoosiers got one doubles win on the day.
The Illini boasts three ranked singles players, and they took wins at number three, four, five and six. The Hoosiers won the number three singles match, getting a win from senior Peter Antons and freshman Maxime Armengaud. Antons and Armengaud defeated Meedo El Tabakh and Roy Kalmanovich at number three 8-5.
