The Hoosiers struggle continued in the early goings of set number two as Murray State jumped to an 11-4 advantage, and looked to be on their way to a two sets-to-none edge when holding a five-point advantage at 20-15. That is when Indiana sanpped out of their funk, however, and really started to put it on the Racers. IU won 60 of the next 88 points, including a comeback to take the second set, 25-22.
Kelci Marschall heated up the final two frames, hitting .400 with six kills and no errors. Jordan Haverly was also spectacular in the final sets, racking up seven kills on her own while not committing a single error. The Cream and Crimson clinched the victory with 25-12 and 25-14 final tallies.
