BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Zach Mayhew got the Hoosiers off to a solid start on day one at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. The junior took 14th to claim All-America honors for the first time in his career.
Mayhew clocked a time of 29:43.79 for 14th in his first appearance at an NCAA Championships in track and field. The junior will garner second-team All-America accolades for his finish, becoming the first All-American in IU history in the 10,000 meters.
