Indiana Sweeps the Bulldogs, 7-0

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana men's tennis (11-10, 2-2) took a 7-0 victory over Butler (8-10) on Sunday. The Hoosiers won all three doubles matches and all six singles matches.
In doubles, 28th-ranked tandem Sam Monette and Isade Juneau made quick work of Sam O'Neill and Brandon Woods at number one, taking an 8-3 victory. IU won 8-1 at number three and 8-6 at number two for the sweep.
In singles, Monette was the first to finish, winning 6-3, 6-3 over Pulok Bhattacharya at number one singles. Juneau won 6-3, 6-2 over Tommy Marx at number two, and Daniel Bednarczyk decided the team score with his win at number four over Billy Weldon, a 6-3, 6-0 match.
IU also got a 6-3, 6-0 win from Dimitrije Tasic at number three as he beat O'Neill, and Chris Essick won 6-2, 6-4 at number six over Andres Maynez. Wrapping up the scoring was Elliot Yee, who took down Woods 7-6, 6-7, 1-0 (7) at number five.
