Game Notes
• For the sixth time this year, five Indiana players scored in double figures including Larryn Brooks (11), Tyra Buss (11), Amanda Cahill (11), Jess Walter (11) and Karlee McBride (10).
• The Hoosier bench outscored Wisconsin's 21-2, marking the 12th game this year in which IU's reserves have outscored the opponent's.
• The Indiana defense forced Wisconsin into 21 turnovers, marking the fourth time this season that IU has forced 20 or more opponent turnovers.
• The Hoosiers outscored the Badgers 23-10 in points off turnovers.
• Indiana connected on 18-of-20 free throws to shoot a season-high 90 percent for the game. It marks the first time an IU team has hit 90 percent or better from the free throw line on 20 or more attempts in a game since hitting 18-of-20 against Northwestern on Jan. 6, 2013.
• In her first start of the season, sophomore Alexis Gassion skied for a career-high 16 rebounds. She also added seven points, two blocks, a steal and an assist.
• Freshman Tyra Buss scored 11 points with five assists, shooting 4-of-6 from the field with two rebounds. Buss has scored in double figures in 12 games this year and has dished for five or more assists in six games.
• Freshman Jess Walter made the first start of her career and finished with 11 points, two rebounds, a steal and an assist. She went 4-of-9 from the field and 2-of-4 from 3-point range. She has tallied double-digit points in six games this year, including in each of the last three contests.
• Sophomore Larryn Brooks tallied 11 points with three rebounds and three steals. She went a perfect 7-of-7 from the charity stripe. Brooks has scored in double figures 12 times this year and in 39 games in her career.
• Freshman Amanda Cahill had 11 points on the day with five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal. She's scored in double figures 12 times in 2014-15.
• Sophomore Karlee McBride scored in double figures for the sixth time this year with 10 points as she nailed a pair of treys. She also has three rebounds and an assist.
