• Indiana reached its 10th bowl game and its first since 2007.
• The Hoosiers set program bowl records with 41 points, 278 rushing yards, 52 passing attempts, 28 completions, 667 total yards, 33 first downs, 14 rushing first downs (tied) and 16 passing first downs.
• IU set single-season school records with 475 total points, 6,556 total yards, 3,820 passing yards, 337 first downs and 168 passing first downs.
• With its 41 points, Indiana reached 40 for the fourth straight game, which is a program record. Its six 40-plus point games matches the 2013 team for the school mark.
• Devine Redding delivered his third straight 100-yard game to close out the campaign with a career-high 227 yards on a career-high 35 carries with one touchdown. The sophomore became the 17th back in school history to reach 1,000 yards in a season, as he finished with 1,012 yards (16th all-time).
• Redding set an Indiana bowl record in rushing yards and carries.
• Along with Jordan Howard (1,213), it is the first time in school history two rushers have surpassed 1,000 yards in the same season.
• Nate Sudfeld finished the game going 28-of-51 for 389 yards and three touchdowns, all Indiana bowl records along with his 409 total yards. Sudfeld finished first on the single-season passing charts with 3,573 yards, five 350-plus yard games and seven 300-yard games, second with 27 touchdowns, fourth with 412 attempts and tied for fourth with 247 completions.
• Sudfeld closed out his career as the school's all-time passing touchdowns (61), passing yardage (7,879), 350-yard games (6) and 300-yard games (11) leader, and finished second with 593 completions, third with 8,011 total yards and fourth with 983 attempts.
• Sophomore Simmie Cobbs, Jr., became the sixth Hoosier to reach 1,000 receiving yards in a single season, as he posted six catches for 121 yards. His 1,035 yards are sixth on the Hoosiers single-season list. Cobbs finished the year with four 100-yard games.
• Redshirt junior Mitchell Paige set an Indiana bowl record with 11 receptions in addition to his 95 yards and 25-yard touchdown.
• Ricky Jones added four grabs for 89 yards. The redshirt junior's 906 yards this season rank ninth on the program's single-season list.
• Redshirt freshman Luke Timian (27-yard reception), true freshman Nick Westbrook (3-yard reception) and redshirt freshman Alex Rodriguez (10-yard rushing TD) each reached the end zone for the first time in their careers.
• Junior linebacker Clyde Newton finished with a game- and career-high 15 tackles to go along with two quarterback hurries.
• Marcus Oliver also reached double digits for the fifth time this season with 10 stops. The redshirt sophomore closed 2015 with 112 tackles, the most for a Hoosier since Austin Thomas (112) in 2007.
• Redshirt sophomore cornerback Rashard Fant recorded the first interception of his career in the opening quarter.
• Junior defensive tackle Darius Latham picked off the first pass of his career in the third quarter and collected five tackles.
• True freshman safety Jonathan Crawford made it three INTs for the Hoosiers with his fourth of the season to go along with a career-high nine tackles. His four interceptions are the most in a season for an IU player since safety Austin Thomas had four in 2009.
• The last time Indiana had three interceptions in a game came vs. Purdue on Nov. 29, 2014.
• The Hoosiers finished the season with 12 INTs and had multiple interceptions in a single game three times.
• Indiana has recorded a takeaway in 17-of-19 games and at least two in eight of its last 16.
• Fifth-year senior bandit Zack Shaw had seven tackles, one for loss, in his final game. His seven stops are a career-best.
• Senior defensive end Nick Mangieri and sophomore defensive tackle Robert McCray III combined for a sack in the second quarter. Mangieri closed the year with 9.5, which is sixth on the program's single-season list, while McCray added 1.5.
• Redshirt sophomore cornerback Ben Bach earned the first start of his career.
• The Hoosiers wore the chrome helmets, red jerseys and red pants.
• Indiana received the ball first for the sixth time this season.
