Dec. 17, 2016
• James Blackmon Jr. tied his season high with 26 points, which is also tied for the most points by an Indiana player this season. Blackmon also scored 26 points in the season opener against Kansas on Nov. 11.
• The Hoosiers outrebounded Butler, 42-26. Indiana has held an advantage on the boards in nine out of 10 games this season as well as tying with North Carolina in rebounds. Indiana entered the game tied for the lead in the country in rebounding margin (+14.8).
• Indiana's 20 free throws against the Bulldogs marks the fifth time this season the Hoosiers have connected on at least 20 free throws in a game.
• Indiana outscored Butler in the paint, 38-26, and held a 15-0 advantage on fastbreak points.
• Juwan Morgan tied his career high with 10 rebounds. He also pulled down 10 boards against Kansas on Nov. 11 and against SIUE on Dec. 2, 2016.
• Morgan added a career-best four blocks against Butler. His previous career high was two.
• Over the last four games, Morgan has shot 85.7 percent (18-of-21) from the field.
• The eight blocks by Indiana tied a season high for the Hoosiers, who have posted eight blocks three times previously in 2016.
• Robert Johnson has now hit a 3-pointer in 19 straight games he has played in, dating back to Jan. 30, 2016 against Minnesota.
• Devonte Green set a new career high with three assists, tied with OG Anunoby for the team lead against Butler.
• Anunoby pulled down seven rebounds and scored seven points to go along with his three assists.
• Thomas Bryant scored 15 points with seven rebounds.
• Josh Newkirk added nine points, four rebounds and an assist.
