Indiana 82, Michigan State 75

• With an 82-75 win over Michigan State, Indiana improves to 14-6 (4-3) on the season and have won three games in a row. The Hoosiers are now 68-53 all-time against the Spartans, and pick up their first win over MSU since Feb. 19, 2013, when IU earned a 72-68 victory in East Lansing.
• The Hoosiers entered halftime with a 44-30 lead, improving IU's record to 13-1 this season when leading at halftime.
• IU turned the ball over just nine times against the Spartans, marking a season low and the first time this year the Hoosiers have had single-digit turnovers. It is the fewest turnovers for the Hoosiers since having nine against Maryland on March 6, 2016.
• Indiana shot 50 percent (17-of-34) from the floor in the first half, marking the 19th half this season where they have met or exceeded the 50 percent mark.
• With 11 makes from three, IU has now made at least nine 3-point field goals in 12 out of 20 games this season.
• Of the Hoosiers' 31 rebounds in the game, 12 of them came on the offensive glass. Indiana is averaging 13.0 offensive rebounds per game this season, the highest total in the Tom Crean Era since the team averaged 12.7 in 2009-10.
• James Blackmon Jr. netted a career-high tying 33 points, last hitting that mark against Alcorn State on Nov. 30, 2015. The 33 points is a new career-high for him in a Big Ten contest, besting his previous best mark of 25 points against Illinois (1/7/16) and Northwestern (3/12/15).
• Blackmon Jr. was 11-of-16 from the field, including a career-high tying six makes from long distance. This marks the fourth time in Blackmon Jr.'s career that he has made six three-pointers in a game. He added four rebounds and an assist in 36 minutes of action.
• Indiana opened the contest shooting 6-of-6 from three-point range, with Blackmon Jr. contributing four of those makes.
• Robert Johnson posted a 17-point effort on 6-of-12 shooting. He tacked on four rebounds and an assist in his 30 minutes. He has scored in double figures in each of the first six conference games.
• Thomas Bryant added 11 points for the Hoosiers – four in the final three minutes - while grabbing a team-high six rebounds.
• Josh Newkirk scored five points while dishing out five assists in 32 minutes of action.
• Zach McRoberts made his second start of the season, and posted season-highs in minutes (32) and rebounds (5). He also added a made three-pointer for his only points of the game.
• In 17 minutes of action, Devonte Green chipped in five points, with a rebound, assist, block and steal.
• De'Ron Davis and Freddie McSwain Jr. each added four points.
