On team's response after some positive results the last couple of weeks…
I think anytime you experience success on game day, it makes a difference how you feel. It shouldn't change our mindset in regards to how we work every single day and how you go about your business. But, there is no question, you feel different and our guys have a level of confidence because all of the things they have been working so hard on each and every week, this weekend it all kind of came together. Now all that really matters is how we finish.
On if the team is playing its best football heading into the final week…
It appears that way. But that's what you want to do. You want to be able to have everything come together, play well this time of year, and get some guys back, which has helped. But at the same time, I think it's a matter of executing, staying true to the process of what we are doing, and how we operate each and every day. So I think our guys are experiencing the benefits of just being faithful to the process.
On this being a rivalry he is familiar with…
Very familiar. There's a ton of passion, a ton of energy that goes into this. There's so much at stake for our program regardless of the bowl implications, playing a team that is our No. 1 rival that we all year long have a focus towards being the very best in this game. So our guys understand that and we are going to keep preparing to be at our very best on Saturday.
