Hoosiers Conclude Fall at Bronco Super Challenge

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Indiana women's tennis team won 11 doubles matches and eight singles matches as they closed out the fall portion of their schedule with the Bronco Super Challenge, hosted by Western Michigan.
Junior Madison Appel went 2-1 to push her singles record to 8-2 for the fall season. Appel and freshman Michelle McKamey went 2-2 in double action for the tournament.
Pauline Jahren and Emma Love went 3-0 in doubles as they scored a pair of victories to open the tournament on Friday and added another win in the third round of doubles play. Natalie Whalen and Olga Zavarotnaya went 2-1 in doubles.
Freshman Jelly Bozovic went 3-0 in singles and teamed up with redshirt sophomore Caitlin Bernard for a pair of wins in doubles play.
This tournament wrapped up fall competition for the Hoosiers. The team will resume play by hosting the IU Winter Invitational, Jan. 13-15, 2018.
