Hoosiers in the Pros Update – April 19

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Former Indiana University men's soccer standouts have had a tremendous deal of early season success this year. In total, 17 former Hoosiers are playing professionally either domestically or abroad.
MLS
Lee Nguyen – New England Revolution (@LeeNguyen24)
Started all six matches he's appeared in this year for the Revolution, scoring three goals and notching an assist.
Will Bruin – Seattle Sounders (@wbruin)
Playing his first season with the Sounders, Bruin has scored two goals off the bench for the Sounders in his five appearances.
Jacob Peterson – Atlanta United
In his first season with the United, Peterson has appeared in three matches, earning one start. Peterson notched a goal against Minnesota on March 12.
Drew Moor – Toronto FC (@drewmoor)
Defensive leader for Toronto, Moor has started all six matches this season.
Eriq Zavaleta – Toronto FC (@_AIR_RIQ_)
Playing alongside fellow Hoosier Drew Moor on the backline for Toronto, Zavaleta has started all six matches this season.
Eric Alexander – Houston Dynamo (@EZDOESIT17)
Played and started in five matches for the Dynamo in 2017.
Tommy Thompson – San Jose Earthquakes (@tomthom11)
Appeared in five matches for the Quakes this season, earning three starts. Totaled six shots so far this year, getting four on-goal.

Tanner Thompson – Indy Eleven (@tthomps7)
In his professional debut, Thompson scored a goal in the team's 2-1 win over San Francisco. Thompson has earned two starts in the two matches he's appeared in this season.
Brad Ring – Indy Eleven (@bradring87)
In his fourth season with the Indy Eleven, Ring has started three matches so far this season.
Christian Lomeli – Indy Eleven (@Chris_XIGK)
Signed with the Indy Eleven this season, but has yet to appear in a match.

Jacob Bushue – Bollklubben-46 (@JBushue17)
After a successful stint with Saint Louis FC, Bushue signed with Bollklubben-46 in the Kakkonen League in Finland. The season has yet to start for BK-46.
