• Indiana continues a six-game home stand with a midweek contest featuring the Hoosiers and the Ball State Cardinals. This will be the first of two matchups between the schools this year.
• Since the start of the 2008 season, Indiana leads the Big Ten in wins (324) and conference wins (138). The Hoosiers have made four NCAA Regionals over that span, the most out of any current Big Ten team.
• Offensively, Indiana is tied for first in the Big Ten in home runs (28), fourth in slugging percentage (.419), hits (249), RBI (140) and total bases (395), tied for fourth in triples (7), fifth in doubles (48), and sixth in batting average (.264) and runs (149).
• The Hoosier pitching staff is second in the Big Ten in fewest walks (73) and sixth in ERA (4.11).
• Sophomore infielder Luke Miller is tied for fourth in the Big Ten in runs (22), 10th in slugging percentage (.537), and tied for 11th in batting average (.337) and total bases (51).
• In conference games only, the Muncie, Ind. native is first in doubles (4), second in hits (11), third in runs (8), sixth in batting average (.458), eighth in total bases (15), tied for ninth in on base percentage (.519) and 15th in slugging percentage (.625).
• Senior Craig Dedelow is tied for fifth in the Big Ten in home runs (6) and tied for sixth in total bases (55).
• Senior Alex Krupa is 13th in the Big Ten in slugging percentage (.512). He is tied for 11th in conference games only for hits (8) and total bases (13).
• Sophomore Matt Lloyd is tied for ninth in the Big Ten with five home runs. In league games only, the Canada native is first in hits (13) and total bases (28), tied for first in home runs (4), second in RBI (10), tied for second in doubles (13), third in batting average (1.077), fifth in batting average (.500), tied for ninth in on base percentage (.519) and tied for 10th in runs (6).
• Lloyd was named the National Player of the Week by Perfect Game, National Hitter of the Week by NCBWA, and one of Collegiate Baseball's National Players of the Week last week, while also earning B1G Player of the Week after last weekend's series sweep at Northwestern.
• Lloyd hit .643 on the week with nine hits, four home runs, two doubles, 10 RBI and six runs scored. He also made three relief appearances, striking out four while tallying two saves.
