Németh to Compete in Elite Round of UEFA U19 Championship

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Women's Soccer incoming freshman Hanna Németh will compete in this week's UEFA European Women's U19 Championship Elite Round with the Hungarian U19 National Team.
Németh has played more than 30 games with the U17 and U19 Hungarian National Teams, as well as one game with the full team at the age of 17.
A native of Diosd, Németh will suit up for the Hoosiers this fall as a defender.
The Elite Round games, which will be played in Budapest, is the second qualifying stage for the Final Tournament, taking place later this summer in Northern Ireland.
Hungary will play three matches in the Elite Round, kicking off May 26 against Belgium. On May 28, Hungary will play Spain before wrapping up group play against Russia on May 31. After the Elite Round games are completed, the top eight teams will advance to the Finals.
