On preparing for Georgia Southern's offense...
"Eye discipline is going to be huge for us. Playing assignment football and tackling extremely well. They do a great job of getting you spread out with their speed and their formations and their scheme. We have to do those three things extremely well."
On how nice it is to see different style of offenses as the season goes on...
"It helps you a lot. We play a style of offense that's able to give us a lot of variety of looks as well. In our conference, you are going to get a lot of different styles. Our out of conference play creates the same thing. The more you can see, the more difficult you have it early on, the more it stresses you to get prepared. I like that."
On getting Brandon Knight back...
"It's great to have him back for sure. He's worked extremely hard all offseason. To have that setback right before fall camp was tough but he's worked through it and has had a great attitude. He's got his body back and we are anxious to get him back with us. Anytime you have a guy like that who has been out, now he's back and it is a big plus. I'm just happy for him because we need him."
On Peyton Ramsey and Richard Lagow working together...
"Very unselfish. Being great teammates, working together, understanding it's about we not me. Truly not caring who gets the credit. It's easy to say but sometimes hard to live. Those guys have been great for each other and that needs to be the case the rest of the year."
