Hoosiers hit 20 wins for ninth consecutive season
LORETTO, Pa. – Indiana's water polo team completed a 3-0 unbeaten weekend and extended their winning streak to five games with a 15-5 win at Saint Francis on Sunday morning. With the victory, the No. 13 Hoosiers (20-5, 1-1) reach the 20-win milestone for a ninth consecutive season, picking up their first CWPA win of the year along the way.
Leading the attack for Indiana was a trio of hat tricks from senior Sarah Young, Senior Jennifer Beadle, and sophomore Megan Abarta. The senior scoring tandem of Young and Beadle combined for 18 goals in three games this weekend, and both lead the team with 41 goals apiece this year. Abarta earned her fourth hat trick of the year and has scored more than one goal nine times this season.

No. 13 Indiana (20-5, 1-1) vs. No. 9 Michigan (22-7, 0-0)
Saturday, March 31 • 11:00 a.m. ET • Live on BTN Plus

The Hoosiers circled this game on the calendar at the start of the year. A standalone CWPA clash with their Big Ten rivals, No. 9 Michigan, is a game so big that it can impact an entire season. On top of that, the game is the last at home for Indiana this season, meaning the illustrious five-woman senior class plays the final home game of their careers against their biggest rival.
Prior to the start of the game, Indiana will recognize the following players in their senior day ceremony: Jennifer Beadle, Jessica Gaudreault, Karrie Kozokar, Sarah Myers, Kelly Matthews, Karrie Kozokar, Mackenzie Rosenthal, and Sarah Young.
