Was first team all-state selection at safety as a senior for coach Rich Wright at Beaver Local High School... played wide receiver and punt returner and has been clocked at 4.48 seconds in the 40-yard dash... named 2004 Northeast Ohio and All-Eastern District Defensive Player of the Year... was a national champion decathlete in high school track and field and also earned all-area and all-county recognition in football... also on the Hoosier football team.
