We encourage fans to download the community based traffic and navigation app, it will will be used to communicate traffic patterns in real time upon arrival and departure to and from Bloomington on gameday. The app will automatically update to the pre and postgame traffic pattern as they go into effect. Waze will also house links to allow patrons to find their specific parking lot and route them to the best way of getting there in real time.
IN SR 37 Construction Update
There are several areas along IN SR 37 that are under construction and could potentially cause traffic delays. Traffic delays are expected on IN SR 37 both north and southbound on gameday. Fans are advised to leave early on home football Saturdays.
Alternative Routes
- I-70 west to 231-south and then State Highway 46 east into Bloomington. No construction on this route at this time. This may be the best option of these three alternate routes.
- I-65 south to Columbus to State Highway 46 west into Bloomington. There is some construction on portions of I-65 that could slow traffic on this route.
- State Highway 67 south to Spencer, then State Highway 46 east into Bloomington. Near Gosport, temporary traffic signals are routing two-way traffic through the one lane that remains open during construction including a bridge. While law enforcement will help with the flow of traffic here, there could be delays.
- I-70 West to IN SR 3 in New Castle to SR 46 from Greensburg to Bloomington.
