Michelle Huber joined the Indiana Softball staff in Summer 2016 after finishing her senior season with the Hoosiers.
Huber played for Indiana from 2013-16 and was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and twice earned Big Ten Player of the Week accolades. She finished the 2016 campaign second on the team in home runs, including a stretch of four homers in the last six games of the season. Additionally, the Carmel, Ind. native set career highs in RBI (24), runs (23) and walks (15).
During her time as a graduate assistant, Huber will pursue her Masters degree in Sport Marketing.
"I am very excited to continue my education while being a part of the IU Softball team as a graduate assistant," said Huber. "I look forward to helping the team in any way I can. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and can't wait for the season to get started."
