Assistant Athletic Director at IU from 1976-78 and Athletic Director from 1978-90...during his tenure IU teams won over 40 Big Ten Championships, 5 NCAA Championships and an AIAW National Championship...co-commissioner of the 1987 Pan-American Games for basketball in Indianapolis...won the Distinguished Service Award from College Athletic Business Managers Association in 1985.
