Won basketball letters in 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982 and 1983 and was co-captain in 1983...member of three Big Ten Championship teams in 1980, 1981 and 1983...started in the 1981 National Championship game against North Carolina...first team All-Big Ten pick in 1982 and 1983....Indiana's Most Valuable Player in 1982...first team All-American pick by the Helms Foundation in 1982 and 1983 and third team All-American pick by UPI in 1982...averaged a career best 19.6 points per game in 1982 and finished his career with a 12.1 scoring average...his 1,336 career point total is among the all-time leaders at Indiana...set IU record in 1981 by making 18 of 18 free throws against Illinois and ranks third on IU career list for free throw percentage.
