Won basketball letters in 1961, 1962 and 1963 and was captain in 1963...averaged 18 points per game in his career, which ranks 10th on the all-time IU career scoring average list...ranked third in Big Ten scoring in 1963 and scored 1,299 total career points...selected All-Big Ten in 1963...IU Gimbel Award Recipient in 1963...member of the IHSAA Silver Anniversary Team...served as an assistant IU basketball coach from 1965-1971...inducted into the IHSAA Hall of Fame in 1992...Director of Field Services for the IU Alumni Association and Executive Secretary of the "I" Men's and " I" Women's Association.
