#40 JASON COLLIER:
Season-highs of 9 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks and
career-high tying 2 steals at UAB... had a tough night at Temple as he did
not score and grabbed only two rebounds in 13 minutes... played only that
much due to four fouls... led the team in scoring in the two exhibition games
at 15.5 ppg... tied for the team lead with 6.0 rpg in those two games... needs
only 5 rebounds for 200 in his career.
#32 ROBBIE EGGERS:
Did not play at UAB... played three minutes at Temple and
grabbed 1 rebound but did not score... did not score in the two exhibition
games but did grab 6 rebounds... had 4 rebounds vs. Outback.
#30 WILLIAM GLADNESS:
4 points, 3 rebounds at UAB... impressive in first
game as a Hoosier... 13 points, 9 rebounds and a steal at Temple... made 5-7 FGs
and 3-4 FTs vs. the Owls... leads team in FG% by going 7-9 in the first two
games.
#25 A.J. GUYTON:
Team-high 24 points (9-17 FGs) and career-high tying 8
rebounds at UAB... 14 of his points came in the second half... also added a
season best 3 assists vs. the Blazers... led the Hoosiers with 15 points
(5-14 FGs, 2-8 3FGs, 3-4 FTs) vs. Temple... also added 3 rebounds and 2
steals vs. the Owls... has played all but three minutes of the season... needs
just 11 points for 500 in his career... selected as a honorable mention
All-American by Street & Smith's... rated as the 19th best player in the
nation by Ultimate Sports... ranked as the 19th top point guard in the nation
by The Sporting News.
#12 LUKE JIMENEZ:
Did not play at UAB... played only 1 minute at Temple and
did not score... had 2 points in each exhibition game... added 2 rebounds, 2
assists, 2 assists vs. Outback.
#24 MICHAEL LEWIS:
Season best 3 points, 3 assists, 2 steals at UAB... did
not score in 17 minutes at Temple... did register 2 rebounds and 1 steal vs.
the Owls... led the team with 13 assists (just 3 turnovers) in the two
exhibition games... needs 8 points for 200 in his career and 10 free throws
for 100 career charity tosses.
#21 RICHARD MANDEVILLE:
Did not play at UAB... recorded 1 steal in 10 minute
at Temple... did not score vs. the Owls... played 22 minutes in the two
exhibition games averaging 3.5 points and 5.5 rebounds... 8 rebounds vs.
Outback.
#3 CHARLIE MILLER:
Season-high 7 points, 3 rebounds at UAB... 1 point in 5
minutes at Temple... just moved over 700 career points and now has 701 as
well as moving over 350 rebounds with 352.
#45 ANDRAE PATTERSON:
10 points, 6 rebound, season-highs of 3 assists and
2 blocks at UAB... made 4-6 FGs at UAB after going 4-11 at Temple... registered
his first double-double of the season (9th in his career) with 10 points
and 11 rebounds vs. Temple... also had 2 assists and 2 steals vs. the
Owls... last block gave him 100 in his career (needs 35 to move into top 5
all-time)... honorable mention AP Preseason All-American... ranked as the 13th
best power forward by The Sporting News.
#4 LUKE RECKER:
Came off the bench to register season-highs of 6 points
and 7 rebounds at UAB... added 2 steals and 2 assists vs. the Blazers... had 5
rebounds in 14-0 run to help Hoosiers win game... started the first game of
his Indiana career and registered 5 points, 4 rebounds and a team-high 3
assists in 26 minutes at Temple... 2-6 FGs in each of the first two games...
named the Top Newcomer in the Big Ten by The Sporting News.
#33 LARRY RICHARDSON:
Season-highs of 4 points 2 rebounds at UAB... 1
rebound in 3 minutes at Temple... played 16 minutes in the two exhibition
games and scored 7 points... had 5 points vs. AIA which included a 3-pointer.
#23 ROB TURNER:
Scored all 13 of his points in the second half at
UAB... made 5-11 FGs including 3-6 3FGs vs. the Blazers... added 3 assists, 2
rebounds and a steal in the game... played well in his debut for the Hoosiers
as he had 9 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist in 19 minutes at Temple... both
of his FGs were 3-pointers... was also 3-6 from the line vs. the Owls... top
3-point shooter in the early going at 5-10 on the season.
