(Indiana 80, UAB 64) Indiana used a 14-0 second half run to earn a 16-point victory at UAB and advert the first 0-2 start for the team since 1978-79. UAB led 55-54 with nine minutes to play before the run started and the Hoosiers were ahead 68-55 with 5:28 to play. IU increased that lead to as many as 18 before the game ended 80-64. A.J. Guyton led the Hoosiers with 24 points (including 14 in the second half) and 8 rebounds. Rob Turner had 13 points all of which came in the second half.
