Indiana suffered its
second shutout of the season in the loss to the Wolverines.
The Hoosier
defense gave up 16 shots; junior goalkeeper Ashley Davis knocked
eight of
the Michigan shots away. Indiana only took eight shots, and those
were
spread amongst six players. Senior forward Kris Fosdick and junior
forward Abby Ryan each took two shots for Indiana.

IU bounced back from a loss at Michigan to split the
weekend with a 1-0
road victory. IU senior forward Kris Fosdick scored
the lone goal at the
64:19 mark on a breakaway. Junior forward Tracy
Grose passed the ball over
the top to Fosdick to start the play. Junior
goalkeeper Ashley Davis recorded
her fifth shutout this season with a
four save performance.
