#16 HOOSIERS IN BIG TEN TITLE HUNT

HONORS: Junior forward Tracy Grose was named to Soccer America's team of the week and named Big Ten Player of the Week. Grose had an assist and a goal in the 4-0 win over #21 Wisconsin and scored both goals in the 2-1 overtime victory against #9 Northwestern.
COACH JOE KELLEY: Coach Kelley is in his sixth season as the IU women's soccer coach. He has a 57-49-1 career and IU record.

#21 WISCONSIN
Indiana dominated #21 Wisconsin from the opening kick. IU junior forward
Abby Ryan placed a shot in the left side of the goal just 47 seconds into
the game. Junior forwards Carrie Watts and Tracy Grose assisted the opening
goal.
Ryan scored again 12 minutes later on a pass from sophomore midfielder Kendal Willis to give the Hoosiers a 2-0 lead.
In the second half, Grose scored on a pass form Watts at 71:56, and Watts scored 41 seconds later on a pass from Ryan to give Indiana the 4-0 win.
#9 NORTHWESTERN
It took overtime for the Hoosiers to give #9 Northwestern its first loss
of the year. The Wildcats took a 1-0 lead at 37:12. Grose tied the game
for the Hoosiers at 42:25 on a pass form senior forward Kris Fosdick. After
a very physical second half, in which neither team took a shot, Grose ended
the game at 99:47 after receiving a pass from Watts and dribbling to the
right side of the box for the shot.
