HOOSIERS DOMINATE SAN FRANCISCO
BLOOMINGTON, Indiana (Ticker) -- A.J. Guyton scored 15 of his 17 points in the first half and Luke Recker had a career-high 10 assists as 10th-ranked Indiana ripped San Francisco, 106-54.
Rob Turner added 18 points for the Hoosiers (11-2), who scored 68 points in the final 20 minutes to break open a nine-point game. Indiana scored its most points since a 110-79 rout of Iowa on March 12th, 1995.
Ali Thomas and James Lee scored 17 points apiece for San Francisco (7-4), which has lost three straight games -- all on the road -- since a 7-1 start. The Dons fell at Montana State and Fairfield by a combined 37 points before today's 52-point debacle.
Dons coach Phillip Matthews was ejected late in the second half after being hit with four technical fouls, leading to 10 straight foul shots by the Hoosiers.
Indiana has won both meetings between the schools.
