Indiana Announces First-Annual Women's Football Clinic
Bloomington, Ind. -- Head football coach Cam Cameron today announced that the Indiana football program will be hosting a women's football clinic on Tuesday, March 24, at the Memorial Stadium football complex. The clinic is scheduled from 7:00-10:00 p.m. with registration beginning at 6:30 p.m. Those individuals who wish to attend are encouraged to pre-register by contacting Sandi Brough at (812) 855-9618. "The first annual Indiana Football Women's Clinic is a great opportunity for women in the Bloomington and campus community to spend an evening learning more about the game of football," said head coach Cam Cameron. "The women attending the clinic will have an opportunity to tour some of the finest football facilities in the country, learn offensive and defensive strategies from our coaches and players, be instructed in the newest weight and conditioning techniques, and even watch a highlight film. I am confident that everyone who attends the clinic will learn a great deal and have a really enjoyable evening."
The clinic, which is free and for women only, will allow the women of the Bloomington community to meet Cam Cameron and his staff. The women attending the clinic will be broken into three groups (offense, defense, strength and conditioning/training/equipment) and will rotate every hour for the duration of the event.
