Lynn Washington Signs National Letter of Intent
Bloomington, Ind. -- Lynn Washington, a 6-7, 220-pound forward from San Jose (Calif.) City College, has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball at Indiana starting in 1998-99.
He averaged 17.5 points and 8 rebounds per game last season and was an all-state junior college selection for the second consecutive season. His team was 32-5 in 1997-98 and 34-5 in his freshman season. Washington was a first team All-Coast Conference pick the last two years and served as team captain last season.
Washington attended Andrew Hill High School in San Jose.
