HOOSIERS RANKED THIRD IN PRESEASON POLL
Bloomington, Ind. -- The first preseason national soccer poll is out and the Indiana Hoosiers will begin the season ranked third behind defending national champion UCLA and Virginia.
This ranking is from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and appeared in the August 3 issue of Soccer America. The Hoosiers will face three other teams ranked in the preseason Top 25 during the season in UCLA, No. 6 SMU and No. 17 Florida International. Indiana is the only Big Ten team to be ranked to start the season.
