The annual Midnight Practice will take place Saturday, Oct. 17 as the Hoosiers begin practice at 12:01 a.m.
Admission to the event is a non-perishable food item which will be donated to the Hoosier Hills Food Bank. Last year's donation by Indiana fans at Midnight Practice was the largest one-day donation for the Food Bank in 1997.

Fan Appreciation Scrimmages
Oct. 27
Indiana's men's and women's basketball teams will take to the floor for their annual intrasquad scrimmages on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Assembly Hall.
The men's scrimmage begins at 7 p.m. and will be televised by WNDY Ch. 23 in Indianapolis. The women's scrimmage begins at 4:30 p.m.
As it is Fan Appreciation Night, admission to both scrimmages is free.
Change in Exhibition Opponent
Indiana's first exhibition game on Nov. 1 originally scheduled against the Israel National Under 22 team will now be against the Melbourne Giants, a professional team from Australia. The Israeli team had a scheduling conflict with a FIBA tournament and is unable to come to the United States at that time.
The time of the game will be at 1 p.m. Instead of 4 p.m.
Game Time Changes
Since the release of the 1998-99 Indiana basketball schedule there have been some times set and changed.
Indiana's first exhibition game will begin at 1 p.m. Instead of 4 p.m.
At the NABC Classic in Indianapolis on Nov. 7 and 8, the Hoosiers will
play at 4:40 p.m. both days. The Indiana State game at home on Nov. 14
will begin at 7 p.m. and the Dec. 1 game at Notre Dame will start at 8 p.m.
