INDIANA RANKED THIRD IN DISTRICT RANKINGS

In the first NCAA Regional rankings of the 1998 season released Sept. 23, the Hoosiers were ranked third in District II. For Indiana, it was the highest regional ranking ever for the program. Previously, the Hoosiers were ranked as high as fourth in the NCAA District Poll on Sept. 23, 1997 and Nov. 21, 1995.
