WOMEN'S GOLF TRAVELS TO TULSA FOR BAMA FALL PREVIEW

Tournament Data: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, October 5, 6 and 7, the Indiana University women's golf team will participate in the Bama Fall Preview Women's Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at Tulsa Country Club, a par 71 covering more than 6,200 yards. Monday and Tuesday, players will tee off beginning at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday's final round will be a shotgun start also beginning at 8:30 a.m. The same course will also hold the NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championships in late May.

The Hoosiers: Coach Sam Carmichael has stayed with a similar lineup this week. Erin Carney, Tiffany Fisher, Sami Montgomery, Michelle Hatfield and Jennifer Seger will represent IU. Carney took home medalist honors at last week's Lady Northern Invitational. Freshman Tiffany Fisher earned another spot in the lineup this week by impressing Carmichael with her solid performance last week.
"She (Fisher) did a nice job of playing," Carmichael said. "She played really well for her first tournament.
