IU FINISHES LEGENDS IN 4TH
Franklin, Ind. - The women's golf team wrapped up the Legends Shoot-Out Tuesday placing fourth with a score of 899 (304-300-295). By placing fourth, the Hoosiers captured their third top-5 finish is as many tournaments. Oklahoma St. continued to dominate the field on Tuesday shooting an 873 (293-288-292) for a nineteen stroke victory.
Junior Natalie Tucker led Indiana on Tuesday firing a season best 218 (75-72-71). Tucker finished the Legends in third place, replicating her top-three performance from two weeks ago at the Fossum. Senior Sami Montgomery also had a top-25 finish. Montgomery shot a 228 (79-78-71) for a share of 22nd.
IU will next compete in the Stanford Invitational, October 22-24 in Palto Alto, California.
