HOOSIERS DROP TO 10TH
Palo Alto, Cal. - After the second day of the Stanford/Pepsi Invitational, the women's golf team sits in 10th place. Heading into Saturday, Indiana was in a tie for eighth place but slipped two spots after shooting a second day total of 304. Tulsa leads the competition after day two with a score of 582 (297-285).
For IU, junior Natalie Tucker shares a tie for 15th place moving up five spots from her first day standing where she sat in a tie for 20th. Tucker shot a round two score of 73. Senior Theresa McDermott is also in the top-25 after shooting a second round score of 75.
The final round of the Stanford/Pepsi Invitational will be played on Sunday with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m..
