WOMEN'S TENNIS CONCLUDES GEORGIA TECH INVITATIONAL
Atlanta, GA - The women's tennis team concluded their weekend in Atlanta, Georgia with the final rounds of singles. The Hoosiers were only able to win two of their five matches.
In Flight A, Kelly Blanch won her third straight match to take the back draw (9th place) with a win over Charlotte Feasby of Rice 4-6,6-4,6-2. Jessica Anderson dropped the 3rd place match to Martina Ondrejkova of South Alabama 7-5,6-3 to finish in 4th place.
In Flight B, J.J. Levin lost her match to Ercia Johnson of Iowa 6-3,6-3 to finish in 8th place.
In Flight C, Jennifer Hsia won the back draw (9th place) with a win over Stepahnie Moat of Rice 6-4,6-1.
In Flight D, Karie Schlukebir dropped the final round match to Anca Vasiloaica of Mississippi State 7-5,6-4.
The Hoosiers are now off until they play in the ITA Midwest Championships from November 3-7.
