WOMEN WIN EXHIBITION
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana's women's basketball team defeated the Reebok Lady Stars 88-72 Sunday afternoon in an exhibition game held at Assembly Hall.
Senior Kay Morgan led the Hoosiers with 16 points which included 4-6 3-point shooting. Sophmore Heather Cassady contributed 15 points and seven assists while sophmore Jill Chapman and freshman Erika Christenson each netted 14 points apiece. Chapman also collected 15 rebounds.
As a team, the Hoosiers shot 48 percent from the field and outrebounded the Lady Stars 51-43.
The Hoosiers will be back in action Thursday, hosting EOS Malbas (Sweden) at 7:30 p.m.
