Obviously, for Indiana football fans, there is much to look forward to this fall. Nineteen returning starters. A sophomore quarterback who is one of CNN/Sports Illustrated?s 11 frontrunners for the 1999 Heisman Trophy and the 1998 Big Ten Freshman-of-the-Year. The school?s career sack leader who chose to turn down the NFL to return to IU for his senior season. A new video board and sound system at Memorial Stadium.
