MEN'S GOLF TEAM WINDS UP IN 12TH PLACE

EAST LANSING, MICH. - The Indiana University men's golf team finished the Fossum Invitational in 12th place, with a total score of 917 (312-302-303). The overall winner of the tournament was Illinois, with a score of 873 (298-288-287).
The Hoosiers were led by John Barry, who fired a three round total of 226 (77-75 74) to finish in a tie for 27th place. Individual medalist honors went to Larry Nuger of Illinois with a score of eight under-par 208 (68-68-72).
IU will next participate in the Wolverine Invitational in Ann Arbor, Michigan, May 8-9.
