DeVORE SELECTED IN 12TH ROUND OF BASEBALL DRAFT

Bloomington, Ind. -- Indiana junior Doug DeVore was selected in the 12th round of the annual amateur baseball draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

DeVore, who posted career-highs with a .360 average, 19 home runs and 65 RBIs this past season, was also a first team all-Big Ten selection.

Due to the fact he just completed his junior year, DeVore can choose to remain at Indiana for his final season.
