GREG YELDELL WINS JUNIOR PAN AM GOLD

Tampa, Fla. -- Indiana sophomore triple jumper Greg Yeldell (East Spencer, N.C./North Rowan) won the triple jump event at the Junior Pan American Games held in Tampa, Fla. Yeldell's winning mark of 16.08m (52-9.25) surpassed Levan Sands of the Bahamas who placed second at 16.00m (52-6).

Yeldell currently has the third-best mark in the triple jump in IU history at 16.19m (53-1.5).
