YOUTH FAN APPRECIATION DAY

NEWCOMERS REPORT MONDAY
Bloomington, Ind. -- On Friday, August 13, 1999, at 2:30 p.m., the Indiana University football program will host a Youth Fan Appreciation Day at Memorial Stadium. Fans of any age may attend the free event. Fans will have an opportunity to meet players, receive autographs, and have their picture taken with their favorite players, including Antwaan Randle El, the 1998 Big Ten Freshman-of-the-Year, and preseason All-America selection Adewale Ogunleye.
********Indiana's ticket allotment for its game at Wisconsin has been sold out. Tickets still remain for all seven home games and road games at Iowa and at Minnesota. Season ticket sales have equaled the final total for the 1998 season and student ticket sales have increased 22 percent compared to last season.
********All incoming IU players report to campus on Monday. Practice for newcomers will begin on Tuesday, August 10. Practices on Tuesday and Wednesday are tentatively scheduled for 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 5:00 p.m. and are open to the public. The first practice with the full IU squad will be held on Saturday, August 14, at 8:30 a.m.
