WOMEN'S GOLF 4TH AFTER SECOND ROUND OF LADY NORTHERNMadison, WI - Heading into the final round of the Lady Northern Invitational, the Hoosiers find themselves in 4th place with a Saturday round of 304. I.U. improved upon its first day score of 308 and will look to catch tournament leader Purdue on Sunday.
Leading the way for the Hoosiers is senior Theresa McDermott. McDermott shot a 73 on Saturday putting her in a tie for eighth after the first two rounds. Sophomore Inga Snyder showed some consistency, carding her second round of 77 good enough for a fourteenth place tie. After an impressive 72 on the first day, Sophomore Tiffany Fisher slipped from third place on Friday down to a tie for nineteenth after shooting an 83 on Saturday.
