SPORTS ILLUSTRATED RECOGNIZES RANDLE EL

Bloomington, Ind. -- Sports Illustrated, in its September 27, 1999, issue, has named sophomore quarterback Antwaan Randle El to its list of Top 10 Early-Season Game Breakers.
It reads, "The 5' 10", 190-pound sophomore has passed for five touchdowns and run for five. In last Saturday's 44-35 loss to Kentucky, he rushed for 115 yards and three TDs and threw for 201 yards and one touchdown."
