HOOSIERS RUN WELL IN INDIANA OPEN
Bloomington, Ind. -- The women's cc team kicked off their season by hosting the Indiana Open in a non-team scoring event. Eastern Illinois also competed in the meet.
"I thought that we ran very well today. The girls have been running on a level that we feel will be very competitive. I was impressed with Amanda Bell who was the Indiana state champion last year and also with Allyson Hammond's performance. We have a lot of new people on the team and we will be concentrating on getting them orientated and adjusted with our program," commented IU women's head coach Judy Bogenschutz.
