Tucker Leading the Attack; Indiana 10th After Day One
Stanford, Ca.-- Day one of the Stanford Intercollegiate ended with the Hoosiers in tenth place with a total score of 307, 19 strokes over par. The University of Arizona is the only school under par and is in the lead with a total score of 277. IU senior Natalie Tucker shot a 72 on the day to place tied for eighth overall and first among her Hoosier teammates. Danah Ford and Ambry Bishop both shot a 78 and are tied for 54th place at the conclusion of the first round. Shooting a 79, Tiffany Fisher's score was the fourth to count for the team total. Adrienne Graessle also competed and finished with an 80 on the afternoon. The second round of the tournament begins at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow.
