INDIANA DROPS TWO GAMES TO PENN STATE

UNIVERSITY PARK, Penn. - The Hoosiers lost 8-1 and 16-0 to Penn State in a double-header Friday afternoon at Nittany Lion Field. Indiana drops to 10-23 overall and 1-5 in Big Ten Play while Penn State improves to 20-8 overall and 2-0 in the Big Ten.

Sophomore Brooke Monroe scored the only run for the Hoosiers when she hit a homerun in game one. Monroe now has two homeruns on the season.

The Hoosiers will be back in action as travel to Ohio State for a single game at 2:00 p.m. (EST) tomorrow, April 8 and another single game on Sunday, April 9 at 12:00 p.m. (EST).
