Practice in Bloomington Begins Tuesday; Team Returns from Marshall
Bloomington, Ind. -- The Indiana University football program completed its 11-day training camp trip to the FCA National Headquarters near Marshall, Ind., on Sunday and returned to Bloomington last evening. Today was the first day of the fall semester on the Bloomington campus and the team did not practice. The Hoosiers will begin practice in Bloomington on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. EST. Practice is closed to the general public.
Beginning Tuesday, members of the media may conduct player interviews between 1:10-1:50 p.m. EST outside the IU football locker room at Memorial Stadium. Cam Cameron will be available to the media prior to practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Indiana will scrimmage at Memorial Stadium on Friday evening, September 1. The scrimmage will be closed to the general public.
The Hoosiers open their season vs. North Carolina State on Saturday, September 9. Tickets may be purchased by contacting the IU Ticket Office at 812-855-4006. The game will be broadcast nationally by ESPN2. Rich Waltz, Don McPherson and Nick Lowery will call the action.
