Freshman midfielder Brian Plotkin is one of two freshmen who have seen significant action for the Indiana soccer team this fall. A native of Lisle, Ill. (Naperville North HS), near Chicago, Plotkin has played in 13 games, making three starts. He has assisted on four goals this season, including two this past Wednesday night at Kentucky. Plotkin launched a corner kick that senior Pat Noonan converted into the game-winning goal against the Wildcats.Plotkin came to Indiana as a Parade All-American and was listed on Soccer America's list of top 25 recruits coming out of high school.
