Hoosiers 10th In AP Poll

Bloomington, Ind. - In the latest poll released by the Associated Press, Indiana's men's basketball team is ranked 10th. After jumping out to a 4-0 start and claiming the EA Sports Maui Invitational championship, IU basketball has returned to the AP top 10 in the nation as the ranking is the Hoosiers' first in the polls' top 10 since March 14, 2000.

IU takes on No.9 Maryland in a rematch of last year's NCAA Championship game at 9 p.m. at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Ind. on December 3. This year's game will be no less heated as the ninth-ranked Terrapins and tenth-ranked Hoosiers teams battle for victory.

Indiana has won four of its last six games against top 10 opponents while head coach Mike Davis is 14-9 against ranked opponents over his coaching tenure.
