Overton Interview @ IU/UK Halftime

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University sophomore Jeff Overton will be one of the highlights of the Hoosier Halftime show during the Indiana vs. Kentucky football game Saturday.
Overton, a native of Evansville, Ind., will be a guest of Joe Smith on the air during Saturday's game in Lexington, Ky. The interview, which will be pre-taped, will focus on this year's men's golf team and the Northern Intercollegiate that IU will host in September 28-29.
Overton led the team at the Badger Invitational last weekend, firing a final round 69 to finish tied for 14th with 215 (73-73-69). Last season, he set the freshman scoring record with 74.45, which also led the 2001-02 squad.
Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and the game broadcast can be heard across the state on the IU Radio Network. Click here for a list of the following statewide stations that will broadcast the game. As always, the game will be broadcasted by Don Fischer, Dan Thompson and Smith.
